- All of our eggs and omelets we cook are from farm fresh eggs, and never from pre-mixed carton eggs.
- Eggs and omelets are cooked with clarified butter.
- Our breakfast potatoes are made from fresh potatoes and not the standard frozen shoe-string hash browns.
- Fresh orange juice is squeezed in house daily.
- Hollandaise sauce made from scratch, no stabilizers. (weekends only)
- We buy our meats from a sustainable source (Golden Gate Meat co.)
- Old-fashioned milk shakes made with the can.
- Daily soups are made in-house from scratch.
- Corned beef briskets are cooked in-house for five and a half hours.
- Still serving the original Village Inn Café corned beef hash recipe since 1986!
- Fresh romaine lettuce for our salads is prepared in-house daily.
- We brew premium Peerless coffee.
